TERMS & CONDITIONS.

THE AGREEMENT

By registering for the "NEW YOU" 12-Day Online Marathon (the "Program"), you are entering into a binding legal agreement with Divine Connection Academy ("we", "us", "our"). By clicking "Join", "Reserve your spot" or "Register," you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. HEALTH & MEDICAL DISCLAIMER
The Program involves physical practices including, but not limited to, Breathwork and Fascia Maneuvers. You are solely responsible for your health conditions before, during and after the practices shown and taught during the online and offline parts of the marathon.

• Not Medical Advice: The content provided is for educational and spiritual purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Physical Readiness: You represent that you are in good physical health and have no medical condition that would prevent your full participation. If you have a history of cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, or are pregnant, you must consult a physician before performing Breathwork or Fascia Maneuvers.
• Assumption of Risk: You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the practices. Divine Connection Academy and its instructors (Davis & Ignats) are not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from your participation.

3. PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

• Commitment: In alignment with the "New You" philosophy, we value commitment. All sales are final.
• No Refunds: Due to the digital nature of the content and the limited capacity of the live experience, we do not offer refunds once the registration is processed.
• Access: Your payment grants you access to the live sessions and the recordings for the duration specified in the program description.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All materials provided—including original soundtracks, guided meditations, program structures, and videos—are the exclusive intellectual property of Divine Connection Academy.

• You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use these materials for your own transformation.
• You may not record, copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the Program content without express written consent.

5. LIVE SESSIONS & RECORDINGS

• Schedule: We strive to adhere to the published schedule. However, we reserve the right to change session times or instructors due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Privacy: Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of participants who cannot attend live. By participating, you consent to your image or voice being captured in the recording of the group session.

6. DAY 12: MARBELLA FINALE (OFFLINE)

• Logistics: For the offline hiking workshop in Marbella, participants are responsible for their own transportation, insurance, and equipment.
• Liability: Participation in the hike is at your own risk. Divine Connection Academy is not liable for accidents, weather-related cancellations, or personal property loss during the offline event.

7. CODE OF CONDUCT
We strive for excellence and authenticity. We reserve the right to remove any participant from the online community or live sessions who displays disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive behavior, without a refund.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Connection Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Program services.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Malaga, Spain.
